Laminated panels ready to go to the router room to be cut to size

CNC routers cut each panel to the specific dimensions required for a given application

Each panel receives an aircraft quality aluminum channel that is chemically and mechanically attached under pressure

The Fold-a-Cover assembly line is where the 4 panels join together to become either a G4 Elite or LS Series tonneau cover

|
G4-ELITE and LS Series covers are carfully packaged with installation hardware and detailed instructions
